Stats

Forgot to mention a few things.  I'm going to try to put a picture up of my before and after (don't laught) for you to enjoy...I mean look at to see if P90X really works.  So far, I can almost guarantee it works if you stick to the program.

I started at about 196 lbs 2 weeks ago and just by changing my diet and starting with simple cardio I've dropped 8 lbs pretty easily.

So at the start of the program I'm officially saying I'm 188.  More stats to come.

Also, My goal is around 170 give or take a few, which is what I graduated high school and college at.
