P90X and the Shawshank Redemtion

My first blog and my first real attempt to get back into decent shape!  This blog will attempt to be a 90-day journal of my experience with P90X and the quest for the ultimate swimsuit body!

I've titled it P90X and the Shawshank Redemption because I feel a little bit like I'm going to prison and tSR is probably my favorite movie of all time and I get a chance to write again, something I miss a great deal.  

So, read on friends and wish me good luck.  Forgive me if these early blogs suck, but I haven't written anything worth-while in a few years.
